No matter the location, she keeps her figure in tip-top shape with hot yoga.

And on Friday, Lady Gaga chronicled her fitness routine on her Instagram account as she is visiting her boyfriend of over three years Taylor Kinney in Chicago.

The 28-year-old singer showed off her curvaceous assets in a black sport bra and matching pants writing: 'Sweat it out then back home to my man.'

In the photo, Mother Monster displayed her tattooed body with personal yoga trainer Sloan-Talor Rabinor, who served as her photographer.

Hot yoga appeared to be her second workout of the day captioning another snap: 'Workout #2 today hot yoga with @sloaner7 and Mariana in ChiTown #dontstoptillyougetenough.'

On January 25, she posted photos of herself performing different yoga postures in Lower Eastside of New York.

She recently partied hard with carbs and drinks at her good friend's bachelorette celebrations that same weekend.

On her rare days off, Gaga often visits her man Taylor Kinney in Chicago, where he shoots his hit NBC series Chicago Fire.

The couple have been dating since July 2011 and try to squeeze in some time for each other in between their busy schedules.

Lady Gaga spent hers partying it up for her high school friend's bachelorette party. 

The 28-year-old singer started off with a super glam look on Friday night. Writing, "GIRLS NIGHT GET THE WINE!! BACHELORETTE WEEKEND MY BESTIES GETTIN HITCHED." 

The next morning Gaga and her girlfriends from her days at Convent of the Sacred Heart high school took a pole dancing class. The pop star shows some serious moves – wearing just a sports bra and skin-tight shorts – in an Instagram video. 

"Bachelorette weekend hungover pole dancing class! Somebody get that Popstar a hairbrush!" she wrote. 



Another clip shows more of the frisky fun. "I can't even believe my best friend and I thought this would be a good idea at 10:45 in the morning after a night none of us can remember," wrote Gaga. 

After the workout, the girls took a group shot. "Ari's Bachelorette Weekend! We love our girl so much we will be getting her drunk for the next 48 hrs. #catholicschoolgirlsdoitbest," the singer wrote in the caption.

Lady Gaga's weight has fluctuated in the past, and that has caused controversy for the star, who is not afraid to speak up against her critics.

In July, she was criticized for her fuller figure when she performed in Vegas as part of her ArtRave tour, and after the show, she posted a snap of herself with the caption, 'Curvy and Proud' followed by a pig emoticon.

And last year, Gaga started a movement called Body Revolution 2013 after revealing she had struggled with bulimia and anorexia since she was a teenager.

She wrote on her Little Monster website that she hoped to 'inspire bravery' and encourage fans to celebrate their 'flaws'.

‘Adele has started work on a song she thinks would make a perfect piano-led duet,’ a source previously told Daily Star newspaper. ‘It’s early days and there’s no guarantee it will make the album.

‘Adele will only release it if it’s brilliant and does them both justice but it certainly has the potential to be a classic.’

The Skyfall singer is also said to be in LA to record the music for the latest James Bond movie Spectre.

According to The Mirror newspaper, a source at MGM said: ‘Everyone thinks Adele is here for her much anticipated new album, but she is actually working on a music idea for the James Bond film.

‘She hadn’t been in contact with the film bosses for a few weeks, but suddenly she said​ she had great plans for the theme, so they flew her over.

‘The execs made their feelings known to Adele that they want her back for the next film.’

If the reports are anything to go by, Adele is set to become the first artist to sing more than one track for the franchise since Dame Shirley Bassey, who provided her vocals to Goldfinger, Diamonds Are Forever and Moonraker.

Lady Gaga shared earlier this week via Instagram that she is once again working with RedOne. It's no wonder the ensuing reaction on Twitter has been over-the-top delighted: Many fans' favorite version of the enigma that is Lady Gaga may be returning to us very soon. 

Her previous collaborations with RedOne resulted in "Poker Face," "Bad Romance," and "Just Dance," among others, and he was mostly absent from Artpop, which -- while the album has its fans -- mostly failed to perform on radio and seemed to be attempting to go in a direction different than what many fans were hoping for.

Lady Gaga and producer RedOne are working together again, as the pop star posted an image of the two of them in the studio on her Instagram account Thursday. 

RedOne produced the biggest tracks off Gaga's 2008 debut, The Fame, including hits "Just Dance," "Poker Face" and "Love Game." He continued working with her on her followup album Born This Way in 2011 on a number of tracks, including "Judas."

The producer's work was noticeably absent from her latest solo LP, 2013's Artpop.

The news has fans expectantly hoping for the "old Gaga" again, posting praise.

She was the only one in McQueen lingerie, and no one else was permitted to wear a competing designer that might pull focus from this look or otherwise compromise the unified visual concept of this scene. As you might expect, Lady Gaga was O.K. with her backup dancers wearing designs made by young nobodies. General Gaga said:

“When I wore that outfit [by Alexander McQueen] I kept saying we can’t wear anything else by any other designers except for young kids and everything has to look good with McQueen’s clothes and anything else…can’t be used.”

New Orleans Jazz Fest 2015 Lineup: Ed Sheeran, Lady Gaga & More

Elton John, No Doubt, Tony Bennett & more also headed to the festival in April.

Elton John, The Who, Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga are scheduled to headline this year's New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival.

The festival annually draws hundreds of thousands of music fans to New Orleans for two weekends of jazz, blues, Cajun, zydeco and gospel. Most of the lineup is from Louisiana but it's accented with national acts. This year they will also include No Doubt, Keith Urban, Pitbull, John Legend, Ed Sheeran and Chicago.

Local favorites returning this year include New Orleans queen of soul Irma Thomas, Troy "Trombone Shorty" Andrews, singer-pianist Allen Toussaint andThe Meters.

There will also be a tribute to rock 'n' roll Hall of Famer Fats Domino.

The festival will run April 24, 25 and 26, and April 30, May 1, 2 and 3. Tickets go on sale through Ticketmaster starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday.

In all, hundreds of acts will perform on more than a dozen stages at the Fair Grounds Race Course. Food and craft booths will be set up among the stages with traditional Louisiana fare such as gumbo, po-boys, jambalaya, crawfish etouffee and alligator sausage.

But the highlight is the music.

For Shiseido’s 2015 campaign, Mother Monster is acting as both the photographer and model with the ads featuring 50 of the self-taken beauty shots adorning her Instagram. To kick off the new year on a stylish note, the brand launched 46 of the photos on Jan. 1 in ads placed in Japanese newspapers, and released the remaining four images today.

As of right now, Shiseido doesn’t have plans to roll out the campaign internationally, but Gaga’s catalog of selfies proudly displayed on her Insta provide a sneak peek at the advertisements, while giving us inspiration in terms of avant-garde beauty looks and creative camera angles.
